Ein recyclebares Festivalzelt aus Pappe – „Kartent“

Art & Design, Web

This causes a lot of waste, and as you can imagine, it is not very friendly for the environment: all the tents that were designed to last go to the landfill after just one use. This is why we came up with the KarTent, a temporary festival tent made entirely out of cardboard. The cardboard allows for easy recycling of the tent; after the festival the tent can go directly to the paper recycling industry so that they can re-use your tent to make toilet paper, schoolbooks, shoe boxes or other romantic things!

Of course the tent is waterproof. It will stand and keep you dry for a guaranteed 3 days of constant rain.

But our tent has more cool stuff to it! Because it is cardboard, it can be easily printed. This means that if you want, we can print your personal crazy photographs, texts, or drawings on the tent! For the first time in human history, it is possible to sleep in a habitat with a picture of Chuck Norris on it. No one will dare to bother you now!
